Strategic repositioning from dev-oriented GPU infra to sovereign AI enterprise provider, driving a multimillion-euro enterprise pipeline and 100% GPU utilization with performance marketing, field marketing, ABM, and partner marketing - leveraging the power of AI and automation.

Orchestrated strategic pivot from B2C to enterprise B2B, including CI and website relaunch (rebuilt from scratch on Webflow), and growth engine managing GTM execution through campaign automation (based on HubSpot and leveraging further tools like Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Lemlist, Clay, Figma, and Semrush), partner co-marketing (10+ technological partners), content, and events to establish the Company as the European AI Cloud Platform.

A lean, automated approach that orchestrates AI-based tools and enables controlled, fine-tuned expense management for rapid scale-ups and downs without relying on staff.

Setting New Pathways, Proactively Steering from Vision throughout Planning and Execution

The project started with a market and brand assessment, driven by an updated version of the company's ICP. In a rapidly changing scenario and to appeal to European-based customers and their multi-node AI training workload needs, the decision was made to opt for a professional, modern, enterprise-level public appearance.

Next, we defined a new CI that could smoothly bridge from the origins and refined company message to leverage the growing shift in the cloud computing market in Europe toward data and AI sovereignty, pointing at technological leadership, trustworthiness, looking to appeal tech-specific decision-makers, and highlighting the advantage leap provided under the economic best conditions.

The work has been entirely planned and executed internally within just a few months, after a careful market and scenario benchmark, through a first phase of extensive tool testing followed by integrations and Privacy & GDPR compliance, tracking, analytics & reporting setup, orchestrating lean platforms, and adopting multiple iterations and feedback loops for a highly accelerated go-live. We then extended the scope toward CRM & Automation platform change (HubSpot), digital outreach campaigns based on value-providing content, and trade fair concepts (visuals and gadgets), orchestrating the support of external agencies for the visual assets.

For the AI Neocloud Genesis Cloud, I served as the first Marketing hire, building the function, team, and processes from scratch, managing budget and GTM strategy, and repositioning it after a pivot from B2C to a B2B enterprise approach, leading to full product utilization.

During my tenure, we have been named by NVIDIA among their preferred partners and were chosen by the best technology providers to co-market cutting-edge new technology like liquid-cooled NVIDIA B200 GPUs manufactured by Lenovo, or Intel Gaudi2 accelerators, as the first provider introducing them into the market.

Strong cross-company collaboration with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams proved to be key to delivering quick improvements, high user satisfaction, high-quality technical content, and smooth user acquisition and retention.

Thanks to my personal involvement in the European cloud industry association CISPE and the EU AI Champions Initiative, along with prestigious communities like the MLOps.Community and the Toronto Machine Learning Society, I could build the needed trust and acknowledgment for our services that secured a rolling multi-million euro pipeline.
